Learn how to do a proper Breast Self Exam (BSE) and have a clinical breast examination at your annual medical checkup. Determine your risk factors and discuss these with your doctor so that you can decide when to start having regular mammograms.

According to research, there is a strong link between increased physical activity and reduced risk breast cancers. Physical activity can enhance your health. So get out there and take a walk, ride a bike or play tennis. And be sure to wear a good sports bra for added support when you are out getting your daily exercise.

Try to cultivate a positive attitude about your breasts and your body in general. Decide to love your breasts as they are. Ideally, your breasts will be your breasts for life. Changing your attitude is entirely in your power.
